ORDERING:

You can order directly from our site, with payment by credit card or money order. In the case of money orders, product will be shipped once payment
is received, which normally takes 7 to 10 days.

Our site includes shopping carts for your purchases. To order the item you want, simply select from the available options, then press the button "Add to Cart". The item is then added to your shopping cart. You can thereafter continue your purchases, adding items to your cart, removing items or even emptying your cart completely.

To review the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click on the link “Your Cart”, located at the top of each page. To pay for your purchases, simply click on “Checkout” (available from your shopping cart, and also displayed at the top of each page).

Order payments are done on the secure section of the site. You will be asked to complete a form, including the payment and personal information necessary to deliver your order.

All prices are in Canadian and US dollars. To convert a price, or the total
of your order, from one currency to another, simply click on the icon.

PAYING WITH A MONEY ORDER:

Follow the same steps as for ordering with a credit card. At step 4, print the page, then complete it by entering your telephone number and e-mail address. Send this printed list, along with your money order, made out

Below are a few tips that may help you resolve certain problems you may encounter while ordering:

DELIVERY TIMES:

We ship to several countries. Delivery in Canada and the United States
takes from 10 to 15 days. An additional 7 to 10 days should be allowed
for all international shipments.

Why 10 to 15 days? Because we offer such a variety of styles, colours and sizes, we cannot keep all the various items offered in stock, and as a rapidly growing company, often manufacture products to meet particular order specifications. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to ship out your order as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS – CANADA

In Canada, shipping & delivery costs are $5.95 for the first item purchased, and thereafter, vary according to weight and destination.


SHIPPING COSTS – INTERNATIONAL

Costs for international shipments are based on the region in which you live. Calculations for shipment of all items in your shopping cart are done according to Canada Post standards.

You can calculate the total cost for purchase and delivery of all items in your cart. Once you have chosen the items you wish to buy, complete all the required shipping information. You will then receive all the necessary information as to cost, but will only be billed once we have received your credit card details.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

We do not offer rush shipping. Orders that are placed this week are collected and printed next week. We do not keep inventory and only print to order.

PRODUCT CARE:

All of our products are made of quality material that has been pre-shrunk prior to production. Our printing and embroidery processes are designed to ensure high resistance. We do recommend, however, that you wash the products inside out, to guarantee maximum wear.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are proud to offer you a selection of the highest quality products. Should you not be fully satisfied with a purchased item, you may return it within 30 days of the date of shipping. Any product returned for an exchange may not have been worn, washed or cleaned, and must still bear its original labels and tags.

Note that refunds are only possible for credit card purchases. Shipping costs are not refundable, and no refunds will be made for cash or money order purchases.

Prior to returning an item for a refund or exchange, you must contact us at the number below. No items may be returned unless you have previously obtained a returned goods authorization number.

We will need your billing number in order to issue a refund or authorize an exchange. Please contact us if you do not know this number.

Include a note in your package, with your name, order number, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Let us know whether you want a refund or wish to exchange the product. In the latter case, tell us what colour/size/style you want.

In the case of a refund, please explain why you are not satisfied with our product and wish your money back. As soon as your shipment is received, kammeleon. will credit your credit card account with the amount of your purchase, minus shipping costs.
